With 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others heal—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Throughout my years in healthcare, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that personalized care can have on individuals. My desire to support men and women through their unique health journeys comes from both my professional experience and personal passion.
My own journey through menopause was an eye-opening one, leaving me frustrated by the lack of time with healthcare providers and the cookie-cutter approach to treatment. I was handed bottle after bottle of pills, but no real answers or understanding. This experience fueled my drive to make a difference for others facing similar challenges. As a woman, I understand the importance of being heard, of being empowered with knowledge, and of receiving care that’s tailored to the individual.
I’ve also been deeply affected by my family's health struggles. With two sisters who battled breast cancer, I have experienced the fear and uncertainty that often accompanies women’s health concerns, particularly after the Women’s Health Initiative study raised concerns about hormone therapies. These personal experiences have only strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, informed care.
My goal is to offer a comprehensive, individualized approach to health and wellness, especially in areas that often leave people feeling underserved or overwhelmed. I believe that every person deserves a healthcare experience that addresses not just their symptoms, but the underlying causes—and one that fosters long-term, sustainable health.
